Ms. Kate Hull, Managing Consultant, assists owners, contractors, and subcontractors on both proactive and forensic projects and has worked on more than 50 projects globally ranging in value from $1 million to $1.2 billion. Ms. Hull provides clients with the necessary foresight and planning to ensure their project goals are met. She performs critical path method (CPM) scheduling services, including preparation of the baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates for complex construction projects in industries such as government, healthcare, and residential mixed-use.

 

Ms. Hull specializes in guiding clients involved in complex construction-related disputes through the claims and litigation process. She evaluates project costs and schedules to quantify damages involving changed work, delay, acceleration, disruption and productivity loss. Ms. Hull is an active member of AACE International (AACE) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), currently serving on the Board of Directors for SWE as Speaker of the Senate.

 

She has been selected as a Top 20 Under 40 Industry Professional by Engineering News-Record, named a SWE Gulf Coast Region Emerging Leader, and honored as a SWE Distinguished New Engineer. Ms. Hull earned her master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering and Project Management and her bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin Cockrell School of Engineering.
